N2 - Aggressiveness is usually defined as a multidimensional, multifactorial and multicausal phenomenon, whose effects, manifested in the form of negative behaviors, whether verbal, physical, emotional or psycho-logical, have repercussions on society, the family and the school environment. Taking these elements into consideration, the article analyzes, from a theoretical dimension, aggressiveness in school environments, proposing, in turn, psycho-pedagogical intervention as a useful tool that seeks to understand the underlying causes of aggressiveness, proposing appropriate strategies for conflict resolution. The selected research paradigm is qualitative, supported by the documentary exploration method. Among the main findings, the following stand out: 1. The conceptual precisions and the approaches that allow defining aggressiveness. 2. The triggers of aggressiveness in school scenarios, among which the student’s personality, family conditioning, social interaction, relationship with teachers, among others, can be indicated. Psycho-pedagogical intervention, which aims at promoting a positive, safe school environment, centered on the student as an individual, subject to emotions and a personal life history. We conclude on the relevance of psycho-pedagogical guidance as a critical and indispensable tool to solve aggressiveness, to manage school environments efficiently, through updated proposals, highlighting the development of social skills, self-control, anger pre-vention and continuous improvements in the treatment of students.
