In this sense, tourism companies have found a great technological ally in mobile applications, since the trend is growing as more users download applications to their cell phones to make their trips more comfortable and pleasant experiences. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to improve the management of tourist packages through the mobile application. The type of study is applied, quantitative approach, pre-experimental experimental design, explanatory level, the sample consisted of 30 tourists using non-probabilistic convenience sampling. In the coding process, the DART programming language was used in conjunction with Flutter. For database management, a NoSQL solution using MongoDB was adopted. The agile development methodology was Mobile-D. The result obtained after the implementation of the mobile application was the reduction of time in the elaboration of tourist package quotations by 77%, the number of tourist package quotations increased by 67%, the cost of man-hours in the elaboration of tourist package quotations decreased by 76% and finally after the implementation of the mobile application the perception improved significantly, with 8 tourists (27%) agreeing and 22 tourists (73%) strongly agreeing.
