Application of Network Monitoring Protocols to Evaluate the Availability and Operability of Connectivity Equipment

Abstract

Network services are a very important component in organizations, reasons why it is necessary to ensure the continuity of the service, to meet this requirement, a technological solution was implemented based on an algorithm implemented in Python that has the property of being able to send a probe to each of the communications equipment, in order to know its status, with which you have real-time information of all the equipment that are connected, the developed algorithm allows to organize all the responses coming from the equipment and integrate the information into a compact file such as csv, in order to analyze the data through dynamos dashboard to know how the equipment behaves and to make decisions in order to comply with the 100% connectivity requirement, thus ensuring the continuity of the network service.
