Abstract

The study analyzes the Benchmarking of renowned jurists and its contribution as a methodology in the teaching-learning process of the students of the criminal law course. This is an applied research study in which 158 students participated; the data were processed with the statistical software SPSS V.26; the results show the positive weekly evolution of the students regarding the activities developed within the course. It was concluded that benchmarking, extrapolated to the area of education as a teaching-learning tool, enhances the learning process of criminal law.
