N2 - The organizational culture is always related to the job satisfaction of the collaborators and Agroindustrias José & Luis S.A.C. is no stranger to this premise, always striving for rapid growth since its foundation, as well as for its efforts to consolidate its organizational culture and achieve a feeling of acceptance in their collaborators, to feel their satisfaction. Therefore, the main objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in the organization’s employees, Chepén, 2021. The design of this research was non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design, the sample population It was composed of all field collaborators (110) and the questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data, which were validated through validity coefficients of 0.707 and 0.750 for organizational culture and job satisfaction, respectively, demonstrating that they were valid. For its application, the main result was the correlation coefficient and its significance between organizational culture and job satisfaction (0.233; 0.037), indicating that there is a positive and significant relationship. Being able to establish in the investigation that the organizational culture impacts on the job satisfaction that each employee of the company manifests, making it necessary to manage their own culture, to obtain employees with a sense of belonging and job satisfaction individually and collectively.
