N2 - This work was prepared with the objective of implementing different engineering tools such as Inventory Control, ABC, IPERC Matrix, DMAIC Method and CPM Method in a hygiene articles manufacturing company that emerged in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. 19 in the city of Lima - Peru. The work had an initial diagnosis stage, where different problems were identified such as outdated inventory, disorder in the warehouse, increase in accidents, incomplete purchase orders and delays in production. To solve these, two alternative solutions were proposed for each problem, which were evaluated with realistic restrictions and the most convenient one was selected, in order to determine which tools best suited the current context of said company. The results were compared to appropriate engineering standards to determine their impact. Finally, an approximate economic benefit of S/7, 468.45 per month was obtained due to the reduction in costs generated by the problems in the company. Likewise, these tools improve production times and maximize the safety and health of workers.
