N2 - The present work was prepared with the objective of implementing different industrial engineering tools in an aesthetic and regenerative medicine office in the city of Trujillo, Peru. The work had a first stage of diagnosis, in which different problems were identified, such as the delay in the supply of medical supplies and the incorrect standardization of processes. For the solution of these, two solution alternatives were proposed, which were evaluated with realistic restrictions and the most appropriate one was selected for each one, in order to establish which tools were optimally adapted to the current situation of the company. The implemented tools were SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and Flow charts and the results were compared with appropriate engineering standards to determine their impact. Finally, a VAN of S/2, 307.72 was obtained, an IRR of 22%, and a B/C of S/2.63.
