N2 - The article presents a preliminary analysis of the feasibility of implementing a cultural boulevard along the Ica River, which aims to integrate the needs of residents with the natural environment and architectural interventions. Faced with challenges such as pollution and environmental degradation, the project aims to transform this space through an innovative intervention, respecting local characteristics and promoting a participatory approach. Using statistical data and reviewing international and national success stories, the study seeks to evaluate how a cultural boulevard in Ica can address both environmental problems and social needs, while strengthening the cultural fabric and promoting sustainable development.
