N2 - The present investigation was carried out in Trujillo at the Universidad Privada del Norte, where the stabilization of the subgrade was determined using Viaforte cement and calcareous residues of Abanico shell of the Bella Mar Sector, Huanchaquito Bajo, the type of sampling was non-probabilistic, applying a technique of data collection with the use of observation sheets and for the ana lysis of these, statistical tests were executed. Four pits were studied in the 1.5 km road, classified by AASHTO and SUCS, and for the calculation of CBR 42 specimens were used, with 0%, 3%, 6% and 9% of Viaforte Cement and the same percentages with RCCA. As a result, it was obtained that the soil is SP and A-3, the CBR value is 3.22% and when applying 9% RCCA and Viaforte cement, 39.18% and 6.47% were obtained, respectively. In the unconfined compression test, 0.69 Kg/cm2 was obtained and when using 9% of Calcareous Residues of Fan Shell and Viaforte Cement, 1.37 Kg/cm2 and 2.04 Kg/cm2 were obtained. Finally, it was determined that viaforte cement and RCCA improve the physical-mechanical properties.
