Abstract

Faced with a problem such as desertification that affects certain areas of several countries. In Africa, reforestation is being carried out as an alternative solution through semicircular sections, managing to retain rainwater and improving the soil in arid areas. Since the behavior of water in these sections and how it is retained within them is not known, this research has proposed carrying out simulations with a non-experimental approach, with the objective of evaluating the speeds and pressures of the water through 6 two-dimensional simulations in Autodesk CFD software.
