N2 - The objective of this research was to compare the species (Lemna Minor and Eichhornia crassipes) by phytoremediation in waters contaminated with Pb in Trujillo, Peru, 2023. Methodologically, it was framed in an applied type, quantitative approach, experimental design and correlational level, as well as the phytoremediation technique and the observation guide instrument applied to 7 samples. The results showed 84.4437 ppm of Pb in the initial sample; for the samples with Lemna Minor, where 10 g, 15 g, 20 g were used respectively; in which the % of removal was determined where it obtained 26.93521415% for 10 g, for 15 g the % of removal was 54.88165541%; finally, for 20 g the % of removal was 558.48145958%. For the samples with Eichhornia crassipes, where 10 g, 15 g and 20 g were used, respectively, the % removal was 21.34453896% for 10 g, for 15 g the % removal was 48.00477592%; finally, for 20 g the % removal was 63.78924295%. It was concluded that the species with the highest removal efficiency in Pb-contaminated water was Lemna Minor with a removal % of 46.7661097133% and the species with the lowest removal efficiency in Pb-contaminated water was Eichhornia crassipes with a percentage of 44.3795192767%.
