Abstract

This study aims to examine the interaction between freedom of expression and disinformation in Willax TV’s “Beto a Saber” program, during the period from February to March 2021. Secondary objectives include: identifying instances of disinformation in the program, exploring how freedom of expression interacts with disinformation, assessing the impact of disinformation on journalistic credibility, categorizing different types of disinformation in the context of freedom of expression, and analyzing the relationship between sensationalism and media manipulation in the environment of the program in question.
