Abstract
The research aims to implement quality control tools to reduce operational costs at the Centro de Atención Integral de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe E.I.R.L, 2023. A diagnostic and propositional investigation was conducted. A diagnostic methodology was employed to determine the indicators with the highest monetization losses using Ishikawa and Pareto diagrams. Subsequently, the proposed solution stage involved quality tools such as the Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and DMAIC Six Sigma, which helped identify Z and CpK levels, leading to an economic evaluation of efficient management within the company. An estimated annual cost reduction improvement of S/182,124.00 is projected, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/192,642.24 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 88.20%. Therefore, quality management tools are crucial for achieving continuous improvement within the company by using human and technological resources efficiently, resulting in customer satisfaction and a greater competitive advantage in the market compared to other clinics. Thus, quality management tools are found to reduce costs within the company.
