N2 - The objective of this work was to increase the productivity of the company "Confecciones y Sublimados Ravni" through the implementation of quality management tools. It began with a diagnosis of the production area of the company, identifying causes such as lack of production planning, insufficient equipment maintenance, inadequate staff training, and lack of production standardization. Indicators related to each of these causes were analyzed using statistical control and quality management tools. The proposed improvements required an investment of S/57,797.00. To reduce losses and improve productivity, tools such as Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and DMAIC Six Sigma were applied. The results were favorable, and at the end of the improvement process, it was determined that the investment was viable, as there was an increase in profitability. The economic outcomes translate into a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/129,834.46, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 71.13%, and a Payback Period (PRI) of 3.1 years. In addition to these financial gains, the company was able to increase its productivity and sales, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of its production process. The initial loss of S/ 104,947.96 was reduced to a improved loss of S/ 36,488.46, resulting in a benefit of S/ 68,459.50.
