N2 - The thesisentitled"LeanManufacturing Methodology to improve productivity in the company Gráfica Fénix S.R.L., Lima 2020"aims atdetermining to what extent the Lean Manufacturing methodology improves the productivity of Gráfica Fénix S.R.L. The study was carried out under a quantitative approach, with an applied experimental researchdesign, ofa preexperimental type, since it explores the application or use of acquired knowledge. The technique used was observation and the instrument was an observation form. Likewise, the objectives were metbyreducing the time of activities that didnot addvalue, applying the 5S tool and improving the plant's layout. It was observed that activities initially took 38 minutes and after applying the methodology they took 20 minutes. Regarding the productivity results, itwas observedthat the average pre-application productivity was 0.55 and the post-application productivity was 0.82, which means a 27% productivityincrease.
