N2 - The research focused on demonstrating how the implementation of a strategic plan increases the business competitiveness of a company in the baking sector. A mixed approach was adopted that combined quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the current situation of the company. The population studied included 300 clients and 10 collaborators, and a sample of 169 people was selected using specific techniques. Interviews, surveys and documentary analysis were used as data collection instruments. The procedure included a detailed analysis of the environment and the justification of the proposed strategies, evaluating the company's situation before and after implementation. The results revealed a significant improvement in the different dimensions of business competitiveness, highlighting a 12% increase in sales, at the local level its competitiveness rose to a good level with 97% and a notable increase in customer satisfaction was evident., reaching 97%. These findings confirmed the effectiveness of the applied strategies, highlighting the company's ability to adapt and improve its position in the current business environment.
