Implementation of a Web Processing and Document Management System in the Company Electro Tocache S.A - Tocache Province, San Martin Region-2023

The document processing systems have become the practical way to manage documentation in organizations, hence the importance of being able to manage documents, following the guidelines and policies of organizations, in this context this research is developed, which has as its main purpose the development of a document processing system to improve integration between IT areas and business processes of the company Electro Tocache SA, To measure its influence, a questionnaire of questions was applied to the employees of the company, which gives us a precise scope of the need for a system to manage documents, which allowed us to analyze and provide the best possible solution for the design process of the system, as a result the improvements of the document processing process on the time spent on the process of documents resolved per day, number of pending documents, number of documents stored in the dependencies among other main indicators are evaluated.
