The main objective of the study is to identify the level of inclusion of PCA in the private sector framed within the quantitative approach with a descriptive level and accompanied by a non-experimental design. Eight dimensions were identified for the labor inclusion variable, of which only two of them: integration and attitudinal maintain complete results in the analysis, which contributes to only one company being located at the level achieved, indicating compliance with all of them. dimensions but with a lower qualification, in contrast to the rest of the economic units examined that only reach the level in process, with dimensions and actions to improve and strengthen.
