N2 - This study aimed to assess the influence of fruited biofertilizer and biofish on the vegetative development phase of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in family garden conditions. Employing a quantitative, explanatory approach and an experimental design, treatments were applied to three replicates of lettuce development: T0 (no fertilizers), T1 (fruited biofertilizer at 10%), T2 (fruited biofertilizer at 20%), T3 (biofish at 10%), and T4 (biofish at 20%). The population included all lettuce plants, and the sample consisted of 15 lettuce plants. The experimental observation technique and a data recording sheet served as the data collection instruments. ANOVA and Tukey's Post-Hoc tests were conducted. Statistical analysis results indicate that T4 (biofish at 20%) exerted the most significant influence, as evidenced by height, leaf number, leaf length, and root size indices. In conclusion, the T4 treatment demonstrated the most positive influence on the physical characteristics of plants and contributed to soil chemical stabilization properties, making it a promising strategy for enhancing lettuce growth in family garden settings.
