Abstract
The present research work, aims to identify the influence of technology innovation and implementation in a Cinematographic company, in the city of Cajamarca, 2024. Technology innovation and implementation within organizations and in Peru is in decline due to the different circumstances we have experienced. The pandemic originated the closure of several organizations and presidential deficiency limited investment in technology and increment innovation in companies, all of which caused Peru to have scarce economic means and interest in change and applied sciences. This research is of descriptive type of non-experimental and cross-sectional design, with an infinite study population participant from the film companies and with a probabilistic sample of 245. As data collection technique surveys were used. As a result, technology implementation reaches 66.9%, indicating a significant degree of dependence between innovation use and technology implementation in 2024, where innovation influences security and privacy perceptions in 59.8%, customer compatibility in 58.1%, and facilitators at a 52.3%. In synthesis, the purpose of this exploration is to decree the effect that technological implementation has, the importance and innovation of this within Peruvian organizations.
