N2 - The objective of the research study is to determine the degree of existing correlation of the variable job satisfaction and staff turnover, of the Sánchez Trujillo Corporation - 2021. Which is dedicated to the wholesale marketing of non-specialized products. Therefore, it was developed under a methodology of the type of quantitative, descriptive and correlational research, where a sample of 25 current workers of the organization was used, in order to carry out a complete evaluation of the perceptions and opinions provided by the selected personnel. The results indicated that Cronbach was obtained with a value of 0.84 and 0.96 respectively with a P value equal to 0.05, which allowed to verify the hypothesis of the study, likewise the value of this relationship rises with a relationship value of 0.915, therefore which is based on a very good positive relationship. It is concluded that managing the level of employee satisfaction will directly influence staff turnover, either positively or negatively. In addition, the development of this research may be the basis and help for future research and organizations that seek to improve staff satisfaction levels, as well as their corresponding staff turnover.
