Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between the study variables. It is a quantitative approach research, non-experimental design and correlational level. The sample consisted of 113 formal exporting SMEs in the textile sector in the department of Lima. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire. The results showed that there is a moderate positive correlation (0.444) between Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and the internationalization of exporting SMEs in the textile sector of Lima in 2021. It is concluded that the use of different ICT tools is positively related to internationalization due to the competitive advantages that the technologies provide, as evidenced by the fact that the SMEs surveyed frequently use ICTs.
