Abstract

This study aims, this contribution considers 2 points: the conceptual one, through the systematic review of the main definitions of this construct, and the operational one, by inspecting the dimensions that have been included by the main authors to evaluate it. The objective was to determine the relationship between leadership styles and organizational culture in the company Marka Group, Trujillo 2021. The design was correlational, with a population of 132 workers. Two instruments were then applied: Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X) for the leadership styles variable, which has an approach with different dimensions according to the style of the leader; and, for the second variable, the OCAI scale-type questionnaire by Cameron and Quinn was applied, measuring the perception that employees have regarding their culture, both through google forms. The results show that 81.8% of the respondents believe that they have transformational leadership and perceive a Clan-type culture.
