N2 - The purpose of the research is to propose a construction material based on the Technical Standard E-070 Masonry considering Argopecten purpuratus to reduce the contamination of the Casma dump. The methodology is non-experimental descriptive proactive, which consisted of a field visit to the Casma dump to diagnose the environmental impacts with the support of the CONAM Methodology and the Leopold Matrix; as well as a documentary review of different investigations regarding Argopecten purpuratus as a material, where the data was treated in Excel and SPSS, finally and based on the documentary analysis carried out, the proposal was elaborated with the modeling carried out in LabView, the plan of action, the prototype of the material articulating the technical standard E-070 Masonry with the mix design made with the ACI 211.1 Method. As a result, based on the documentary analysis carried out and technical standards, a type III concrete brick with a dimension of 13x9x20cm was proposed, with 10% repla cem ent of Argopecten purpuratus in fine aggregates with a mix design of 1:1.95:0.22: 1.79/27.51 lt/bag. In conclusion, the Casma dump needs to value its hydrobiological waste, for this reason a proposal was made based on Argopecten purpuratus as a construction material, articulating with the Technical Standard E-070 for Masonry and 10% substitution in fine aggregates, which It has a production cost in Casma that amounts to S/. 1, 412, 611 for the year 2021 and 1, 544, 095 for the year 2025.
