N2 - The high competitiveness to which modern industry is subjected causes companies to constantly accelerate and rethink their operating processes in the company. Within this, one of the greatest strategies is the application of continuous improvement, applying very useful tools when diagnosing a poor process or an efficient process. Design a methodology of continuous improvement in it. Various continuous improvement tools were used, based on a situational analysis, based on this, the management proposal considers: the design of an adequate methodology for user service processes; Likewise, a methodology for continuous quality improvement was outlined in order to generate a budget for the design of the plan. In this way, the research concludes that the management design of the continuous improvement methodology is directly related to and influences the level of customer satisfaction, because if it is managed efficiently, progress is made in processes, staff relations and the final administrative procedures of the institution, all this allows us to optimize resources and improve the profitability of the company. The research article has the general objective of identifying the relationship between continuous improvement and profitability.
