N2 - In this research work, organizational improvements of the company Lubricentro Carrera S.A.C. were proposed, in the processes obtained from the application of the prioritization matrix. The analysis of the current situation was carried out to identify its problems and implement them, taking into account the Business Process Management (BPM) methodology, which helped to determine the current situation in graphic form by designing flow charts with the BPMN notation, identifying control points. and the measurement of indicators according to the current operation, allowing the improvement proposal to be developed based on previous studies and proposals from the business stakeholders, this was implemented using the SHOULD-BE diagrams. Subsequently, the results were simulated based on the proposal, using the BIZAGI Studio software, which allowed improvements in the indicators to be verified, being documented using characterization sheets and specifications, as well as the measurement indicators were documented. The evaluation of the activities that would be automated was carried out using the BPiDQ* (Business Process in Data Quality) data quality methodology. The optimization of process efficiency made it possible to evaluate improvements in time and costs in the process of ordering from suppliers, decreasing costs by approximately 69% and 67% in operation times. Finally, this article is divided into introduction, state of the art, objectives, material and methods, methodology for the implementation of an improvement proposal, discussion, results and conclusions.
