N2 - Psychological problems are part of an unseen illness that has a great negative effect on all people regardless of their nationality. The main objective of this research is to develop an app that facilitates the monitoring of people in need of psychological assistance, allowing them to contact specialists free of charge, regardless of their nationality. In addition, the application, with the support of artificial intelligence, offers personalized recommendations to improve their well-being. Due to its effectiveness in project management, the Mobile-D methodology was used to achieve this purpose. This methodology focuses on test-driven development (Test Driven Development), constant integration, and optimization to improve software procedures. The result was a prototype mobile application designed specifically for people with psychological support needs. The quality of the prototype was evaluated through the opinion of the people involved, giving design and efficiency ratings of 100% and 88%, respectively, represented by its “Very Good” category on the Likert scale, with an overall average of 4.32, providing a good result of acceptance and viability of the application. These values indicate that the prototype meets high-quality standards, presenting features that improve the user’s experience.
