N2 - The emerge of a second wave of COVID-19 in Peru, brought as one of its consequences, the high demand for medicinal oxygen consumption emphasizing the importance of the distribution of the plants that produce it to satisfy the hospitals that require it. Faced with this, the search for an answer must not only cover the projected needs within the next few months, it must also be at the lowest possible cost. The LINGO program uses various methods to solve different decision-making problems. Among these, the Integer Linear Programming is one of the methods that give the possibility of achieving the objective of this research. In the development of this paper we will see step by step how the data from one of Lima city hospital was applied to a model created specifically for the distribution of mobile oxygen plants, resulting in its effectiveness, complying with the parameters established.
