N2 - The following article corresponds to the implementation of the strategic model in the positioning of the Constructora y Consultora José Abiel S.A.C. de Jaén in the year 2018. To do this, continue a Pre-Experimental research approach, where information collection techniques such as survey and interview are manipulated. How to obtain results that obtained the main strategies to develop were the implementation of marketing strategies and create a new organizational culture in the collaborators, it was also found that the organization's positioning increased by 13% with the implementation of strategies analyzed in the strategic model. This article divides the plan into three fundamental stages, the first of these is the formulation of the strategy, followed by the implementation of the strategy and the evaluation of the strategy, the latter allows to evaluate through indicators the application and development of the strategies to carry out A feedback.
