N2 - The purpose of this research was the optimization of processes and identification of defective products that affect the production and delay the processes.For which, it is sought to improve the development of each process of the compactbono in the company "J&N E.I.R.L.", company dedicated to the commercialization of agricultural and chemical fertilizers.For this purpose, solutions were applied with the ProModel software, which seeks to reach an optimal solution and make the right decisions in terms of helping to improve every aspect of production and increase the company's productivity.The ProModel digital tool was used in order to simulate the optimal system to achieve total productivity of the operator, without having idle time, therefore, downtime in production, which would generate a reduction in labor costs.Also, determine the defective parts to decide which resource is suitable for delivery, seeking to progressively increase profits and avoid waste by reprocessing them, in order to take advantage of the resources used.The ProModel software was duly applied, which is characterized by providing the details of each process considering exact times for each required transformation, where the locations that determined the stages of problems were solved and convenient solutions were found, optimizing the company's processes.
