N2 - Over the years, the way we watch series has been changing due to new technologies such as the internet and especially video streaming platforms in relation to transmedia storytelling. Make sure that the audience is not content to end a series. Nowadays, many users choose to look for more content related to their favorite series on other entertainment platforms. Because of this, this research answers the question: What is the perception of users of the video streaming platform Netflix about the transmedia narrative of the series Stranger Things Season 4? This research is qualitative in nature, because it allows us to explain clearly and objectively the facts and experiences of the world. Specifically, the study carried out a qualitative sample of 25 people with the following inclusion and exclusion criteria, which are: that people are subscribed to the Netflix platform with their own accounts. Millennials between the ages of 24 and 32 who have watched the Stranger Things Season 4 series, which is our focus of study.
