N2 - This research work describes the characteristics of existing road insecurity in the district of Trujillo-La Libertad, and its objective was to offer as a proposal the development of a mobile application that spreads road culture in the aforementioned district, in the year 2021. The type of study was descriptive-propositional, with a sample made up of 384 citizens of the district of Trujillo, and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. For data analysis, a probabilistic sample was used for a finite population. The dimensions covered for the dissemination of road culture were Concepts and Procedures. The results obtained show that the people of Trujillo have deficiencies in road culture, having difficulty acquiring information regarding it, demonstrating that there is a lack in the dissemination of road knowledge. With the aforementioned, it can be concluded that the proposal for the development of a mobile application to spread road culture would be a successful alternative solution to deal with road insecurity present in our society.
