Propuesta de mejora en la gestión de mantenimiento para reducir los costos en la empresa Induamerica servicios logísticos S.A.C., Pacasmayo 2024

The overall objective of the research was to determine the impact of the maintenance management improvement proposal on costs at Induamerica Servicios Logísticos S.A.C., Pacasmayo 2024. To this end, a diagnosis of the current maintenance management situation was conducted, determining that the main root causes of high costs are: a high percentage of corrective maintenance, a lack of budget monitoring and analysis, delays in identifying problematic trends, and a lack of training for maintenance analysts on KPIs, generating an annual loss of S/ 2,746,266.60. The maintenance management proposal was then developed using the following tools: implementation of a web platform and training for maintenance analysts, achieving annual savings of S/ 106,626.62; An economic evaluation of the proposal for improving maintenance management was carried out with a 5-year time horizon, demonstrating that the project is profitable, since it obtained a VNA of S/ 140,137.10, TIR of 77.15%, B/C of 2.48 and a PRI of 1 year 4 months 27 days.
