Propuesta de mejora en la gestión de producción y logística para incrementar la Rentabilidad en una empresa Avícola Trujillo, 2024

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of the proposed improvement in production and logistics management to increase profitability in a poultry company in Trujillo, 2024. Many companies have applied to find the relationship between variables, allowing them to create improvement strategies, obtaining positive results. This research is basic, correlational with a cross-sectional and non-experimental design. It also included a final sample of 33 employees from the poultry company. The survey technique was used to collect the information, and the questionnaire was used as an instrument; obtaining a direct and significant correlation (rho = 0.811) between the two variables; with a level of significance (p = 0.001), rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis, it can be interpreted that there is a direct and significant relationship between productivity and profitability in a poultry company in Trujillo, 2024. Although the results have been positive, it is recommended to generate strategies that allow productivity to always be constantly measured.
