Propuesta de mejora para incrementar la calidad de producción de pan y mejorar las pérdidas en una empresa panificadora

The main objective of this investigation work is to increase the quality of bread production using improvement tools to reduce losses presented in the Baking company and in that way it would be possible to identify the number of non-conformities and losses in the bread production line, due to lack of prime materials (PM). We also set out to create an investigation methodology and improvement tools such as: Ishikawa Diagram to identify the principle causes and then analyze the cost of solving the problems, that negatively affect their profitability, such as lack of machine maintenance, lack of production planning, lack of a line production capacity and lack of control of the prime material However, they propose to use investigation methods that allow proposing tools of proposals that allow control production. According to the analyzed data, the results obtained determine that the information shows evidence that improvement tools were used in the production line in the baking company.
