N2 - The main objective of this research work is to increase productivity in the company "Avícola Pascual", for this purpose a diagnosis of the current situation is made; it is observed that the broiler production area is not meeting the zootechnical indicators. Also, we proceeded to establish the methodology to be applied in the study, also to establish the tools to be used for the research through the Ishikawa diagram that will identify the root causes to subsequently analyze the losses of the problems that negatively influence profitability such as: lack of quality control, lack of maintenance control, lack of feed control, lack of biosafety control. The indicators for each cause were analyzed using statistical control and quality management tools. Tools such as Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with its Quality House, Failure Mode, and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and the DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology (Six Sigma) were used to reduce costs. At the end of the investigation, the results were positive; Level Z increased in each of the 4 indicators, obtaining a benefit of S/. 561 751.89 soles.
