Abstract
This research aimed to design a cybersecurity framework to protect the IT resources of the company JOV Telecomunicaciones y Redes E.I.R.L., located in Trujillo. The study was descriptive-propositive and it focused on a sample composed of ten IT assets, including hardware equipment, network infrastructure, servers, video surveillance systems, digital platforms, and institutional communication services. For the diagnosis, the observation technique was applied, which allowed to identify network weaknesses. During the analysis, vulnerabilities such as lack of network segmentation, absence of a firewall, and weak passwords were detected. Based on this, a solution was proposed grounded in cybersecurity best practices, addressing vulnerability analysis, secure network design and access control implementation. The results revealed real threats such as ARP spoofing and unprotected exposed services. Thus, it is concluded that the proposed solution helps reduce security risks, strengthen the company’s technological infrastructure, protect critical information, and promote an organizational culture focused on digital security.
