N2 - The present study was carried out with the purpose of proposing a computer vision system using Azure Cognitive Services for a psychological office located in Trujillo-Peru in the year 2021, in order to improve the anamnesis process in the office. The study was descriptive-propositional with a sample of 6 psychologists. To obtain the information, a questionnaire was constructed and applied to the sample. Due to the nature of the research, the data was compared with the standard that comes from the Likert scale. The dimensions of the anamnesis process described were Justification of results and Reliability of Results. The aspects that were considered for the Computer Vision System were Security and Usability. Finally, for Azure Cognitive Services, aspects such as Decision, Language, Voice and Vision were considered. Based on the analysis performed, the results showed that the anamnesis process can be improved through a computer vision system using Azure Cognitive Services.
