N2 - The general objective of this article is to design the business integration proposal for competitiveness in the company. The research is of a non-experimental nature and of an applied type with a descriptive design, where the study unit is 21 organizational processes, and the sample; 4 processes to integrate: Sales, internal distribution, purchases and warehouse. A strategic plan was carried out where information on the organizational context was collected, likewise, through process engineering, improvements were applied including automations, proposals for software systems were examined, all of this, including criteria, parameters and normative references of the ISO 9001 standards: 2015, 45001: 2015, 27000 and 2230, thus obtaining business integration for the company under study. Finally, it is concluded that Kyte POS is the ideal provider in the face of existing needs with a score of 3.22, likewise, that achieving a business integration model for proper execution and efficiency will achieve the company to meet its objectives and facilitate management, control and evaluation of their areas. This article is divided into introduction, state of the art, objectives, material and methods, design methodology and implementation of business integration, results and conclusions.
