Abstract
The multiple current social challenges force us to coordinate business efforts capable of solving collective material needs. In consideration, administrative models based on threat and punishment determine organizational breakdowns. Therefore, it is necessary to organize efforts that consider the sensitive and rational human capacity as the basis for appropriate direction. Consequently, this research analyzes the recognition of job performance as a strength of successful leadership, since the increase in the sense of relevance, the willingness to serve, the achievement of goals and objectives as self-realization significantly favor institutional efficiency and effectiveness. It is a bibliographic study of a diachronic nature structured from a deductive rationalist approach, where critical thinking validates appropriate common actions. In the context, alternative promotion methods to salary increases become important, whenever functional professional environments are sought. Thus, participation is encouraged by highlighting achievements in the workplace and who is responsible for them. It is concluded that impositions must be prevented; Well, these promote failures; On the contrary, relationships based on correct treatment and dialogic mediation for social well-being are promoted.
