N2 - This article corresponds to the redesign of processes for the management of human resources of the company Grupo Mundo Soluciones Empresariales. The research has followed a Pre-Experimental approach, where data collection techniques such as documentary and archival analysis, interview and direct observation and their respective instruments such as the document analysis sheet, interview guide and process observation sheet were used.. For the redesign, the BPM methodology was applied, which consists of the following phases: discovery and simplification, capture and documentation, publication and animation, design and improvement, generation and execution and monitoring and management. Thus, the results were a saving of 77% in the Recruitment and Selection process, and 39% in the Incorporation Management, as well as the reduction of time by processes (Recruitment and Selection 60%, Incorporation 46%). This article is divided into introduction, state of the art, objectives, material and methods, methodology for the implementation of the redesign of processes, discussion, results and conclusions.
