Remote Teaching-learning Process and Degree of Student Satisfaction in a Private University in Lima, Peru

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the development of remote teaching regarding its impact on the teaching-learning process and the degree of satisfaction of the students of the School of Law at a private university in Lima, This is a basic research study, with a non-experimental design that describes and correlates the variables "Remote teaching", "Teaching-learning process", and "Degree of student satisfaction", Data collection was done through a virtual-form survey that was completed by a sample of 651 students, The data were processed with SPSS v,25 software for calculating Spearman's Rho coefficient, which made it possible to analyze the correlation between the variables, It was found that there is a significant positive relationship between the "Remote Teaching"variable, and the "Teaching-Learning Process"and "Degree of Satisfaction with the Educational Service"variables, noticing the relevance of the teaching role and the institutional role in achieving a positive perception in students, It was concluded that there is a positive impact of the remote teaching-learning process on the degree of satisfaction of the students participating in the study.
