N2 - The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the perspective of the client of a hotel in Miraflores in the year 2023. Methodologically, the study had a quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and simple correlational design. The sample consisted of 80 customers of a hotel in Miraflores. The direct or face-to-face interview technique was used to collect information by means of a questionnaire for each variable validated by experts in the field. The Cronbach's Alpha 0,91 obtained indicates a high statistical reliability. The results confirm that there is a positive and significant relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, by means of Spearman's test, the significance of which is < 0,001 with a correlation coefficient of 0,636. It is concluded that the proper business management of the hotel implemented in 4 dimensions: ethical, philanthropic, legal and economic related to sustainability, generate competitiveness, raise the corporate image, contribute to environmental conservation, attract more customers achieving a return of higher profits.
