Abstract

Information Technologies provide companies with a variety of tools that make their business more profitable, either because it allows you to better document the activities of your employees, or because it helps you simplify various processes, which in turn Increase organizational flexibility and coordination of all your tasks. In addition, it gives us a competitive advantage by reducing operating costs, organizational flexibility, speed in decision-making, responsiveness to customer needs, market intelligence, competition and the environment in general, in addition to managing various business areas, which all these tools have a positive and competitive result.
