Abstract

The objective of this research article is to determine how safety indices at work influence the rates of occupational accidents in the footwear sector industries, using the linear regression methodology, through industrial safety reports and of occupational accident reports, highlighting the influence of safety at work in occupational accidents, determining that the greater the management of industrial safety, the lower the rates of occupational accidents, contributing to a reliable, safe and healthy work environment.
