Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the domotic system and the comfort of a modern building. The study followed a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational, applied type, descriptive level. The study sample consisted of 30 people living in the building. A survey was used for the technique and a questionnaire was used as an instrument; The results indicate that 60% of the respondents consider the home automation system to be of an efficient level and 73% consider the comfort of the building to be of an efficient level; Spearman’s Rho was: r=0.403* and is reinforced by the correlation coefficient being p < 0.05; which determines that there is a significant and moderate positive relationship between the domotic system and the comfort of a modern building of the Covid-19 era in Lima, Peru.
