Strategic evaluation in times of Covid 19: Perspectives, changes and recommendations for the improvement of the learning experience

Abstract

Faced with the social isolation caused by COVID 19, educational institutions adopted changes in order to generate functional learning spaces in relation to new educational environments. In this context, the purpose of the study focuses on the characterization of the perspectives, strategic uses and changes originated in the evaluation of learning in Higher Education. For this, data collection and analysis methods based on the qualitative approach were used. The results, derived from the content analysis and coding, show that the evaluation experience must be flexible, diversified, and oriented to provide feedback and support during the learning process.
