Abstract

The objective of this article is to identify good practices or strategies for the implementation of an adequate management of entrepreneurial competencies of students in Higher Education Institutions (HEI).For this reason, an exploratory study was conducted, and, for the analysis and selection of information, the PRISMA method was used; where publications from the last five years (2019-2023) from repositories such as Scopus, Dialnet, Redalyc and Scielo were included.Likewise, the review of 22 scientific articles where the relevant findings, in terms of weaknesses detected are risk management, financial knowledge and digital tools, in terms of strengths are learning from their mistakes and creativity and innovation skills.As for the HEIs, it presents problems such as not having a comprehensive education curriculum, curricular policies, and government and society involvement.Finally, based on the good practices of HEIs, it sets the path for the management of entrepreneurial competencies in students: identifying student needs, having a comprehensive educational curriculum based on entrepreneurial competencies (with public policy support) and infrastructure, trained teaching staff, curricular experiences with traceability outside and inside the classroom, with promotion through competitive funds and employability assurance strategies, promotion through competitive funds and employability assurance strategies, promotion through competitive funds and employability assurance strategies, promotion through competitive funds and employability assurance strategies, promotion through competitive funds and employability assurance strategies.
