N2 - This paper was prepared with the aim of raising awareness of transformational leadership in business management. The objective of this systematic review was to analyze the theoretical and empirical studies that address transformational leadership in business management in the last 10 years from the scientific literature. For this purpose, a systematic review was carried out in the Scopus, Scielo, Ebsco, ProQuest, Dialnet and Redalyc databases, from which 50 articles were selected. The inclusion criteria were last 10 years, scientific articles, language, variable and free access, the non-inclusion criteria were: repeated, not addressing the variable and not free access. The results obtained show how influential transformational leadership is in companies through the various dimensions. These can be grouped in 4: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. In this sense, it is concluded that transform ational leadership has a very positive impact on business management, acting as a motivation to root change within the company's values, thus achieving impact on objectives and reaching high levels of productivity.
