Análisis del emprendimiento liderado por mujeres en la investigación científica. Una revisión sistemática entre 2020-2024

This document is a bibliographic review that addresses the topic of entrepreneurship led by women and seeks to know its impact on society. A systematic review methodology was used where inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to select the most relevant articles. In the review of these articles, it was found that women face limitations in access to financing, networks and technology, but they are contributing to economic development worldwide. It is known that there is support from public and private entities, these are financing projects for the financial inclusion of women entrepreneurs. In general, it is concluded that entrepreneurship led by women is an opportunity to reduce the gender gap in the business world and promote equal opportunities.
